Cancelation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us
Temporary COVID-19 Terms & Ongoing Conditions for Clients
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary we respectfully ask that all clients will be required to pay up to a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be used as part of payment towards your service and is non-refundable should you cancel your appointment.
Should we be unable to fulfil your service or need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
A deposit will be required at the time of booking or shortly after, this can be paid at the salon at the time of booking or via the link sent by message at a later date. Once you receive the deposit request you will have 48 hours to pay your deposit using this link, should it not be received by this time your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a message confirming this. A new appointment will have to be made by yourself, this can be done by either visiting, WhatsApp message or calling the salon. Therefore, it is very important that you contact us to set up a new appointment if you wish to.
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, but we respectfully ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, then we may miss the opportunity to fill the space and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to come and see us. If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to change your appointment, then unfortunately you will lose your deposit and the possibility to transfer this to a later date.
Colour appointments: For any hair colour appointment such as (full colour, roots, highlights, balayage etc...) we must carry out a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour visit to our salon.
Highlights, balayage and flashes might require a toner, ask at the time of your consultation.
Patch test
We will always carry out a patch test before using a permanent or semi-permanent hair dye, even if you are using your regular brand.
This usually involves dabbing a small amount of the dye solution behind your ear or on your inner elbow and leaving it to dry.
Many hair dyes contain ingredients that can irritate your skin or cause an allergic reaction.
It is important to be aware of this risk and know what to do. Reactions to hair dye are avoidable by performing the patch test. Please contact us for further information regarding this.
Price list
All prices may be subject to increase or decrease without prior notice. Please book a free personal consultation to be provided an exact price as some prices may vary from those listed.
Hair extension orders and returns
All hair extensions are ordered specifically for the client and their booking, the hair will be charged at the time of order.
We only fit hair extensions purchased directly by us.
Returns will be sent back to the hair company and their returns policy applies, currently set to up to 14 days. Please visit the hair company your order was placed with for further information on this. We aim to credit refunds usually within 10 days after the return is shipped back to the hair company.
